CEMS invites applications for a Caucaus & Byzantium Pre-doctoral Teaching Fellowship (CEU students only)

The Center for Eastern Mediterranean Studies (CEMS) invites applications for a two-week pre-doctoral teaching fellowship at the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Georgia. Please find attached the CfA.
The program targets CEU doctoral students who, at the time of their trip to Georgia, will have acquired doctoral candidate status and have a research focus on Caucasian, late antique, Byzantine, Ottoman, or medieval studies. Teaching experience thus gained will count toward fulfilling the requirements for the doctoral degree (Hungarian accreditation) or, alternatively, as an academic practicum or similar.
