The Center for Eastern Mediterranean Studies (CEMS) at Central European University and its junior members are proud to announce the forthcoming Fifth International Graduate Conference on Building, Bending, and Breaking Boundaries in the Eastern Mediterranean World.The conference will run from June1 to June 3, 2017. The conference intends to provide a forum for graduate students specializing in any discipline related to the study of the eastern Mediterranean world from antiquity to early modernity to present their current research, exchange ideas, and develop scholarly networks.
